Shipping policy

Every deck is printed and finished to order in our UK workshop. Standard range decks are dispatched within 5 working days of your order. Custom decks are dispatched within 5 working days of you approving your proof.

UK delivery is by DPD. Choose DPD Standard (£6.95, 2 to 4 working days) or DPD Next Day (£9.95) at checkout. Decks are long parcels, so we use DPD rather than the standard post.

We ship to the UK, the EU and a small number of other countries. International rates are shown at checkout; if your country isn't listed, get in touch through our contact page and we'll quote you for delivery. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Decks are packed in a rigid box with corner protection, so if anything does arrive damaged, please send us a photo through the contact page within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
